Refund Policy

Once your order is placed, Govrecordsusa.com begins processing immediately. For this reason, all services are non-refundable. You cannot place an order without first actively agreeing to this policy in a “click to accept” format.

Identification/Documentation Requirements

Often times, a valid ID or notary form will be required to request for a record request.

Filing and Processing
